During the fast injection, TEA valve adopted for the back oil control. The valve open promptly to fill the casting cavity. Before the filling is drawing
to an end, the valve turned down promptly and form a back pressure at the front end of the injection pole cavity. The injection speed down to the lowest 0.5m/s. TEA valve is specialized for die casting machine’s proportional valve with high responsiveness & high flow rate. The process of acceleration/deceleration is achieved in 20ms to meet customer’s technical requirements absolutely.
