The "Jiangsu High Voltage Precision Forming Engineering Center" project applied by the company has been approved by the Jiangsu Provincial Development and Reform Commission. On the basis of the original investment of 50 million yuan, the Engineering Center has added an additional investment of 30 million yuan, further focusing on the construction of software and hardware in the Engineering Center, and building a first-class engineering center in the domestic industry. The development goals, tasks, and research directions of the Engineering Center are as follows:
1. Development Goals of the Engineering Center
The goal is to build Jiangsu High Voltage Precision Forming Engineering Center into a first-class engineering center in China's industry, research and develop common and key technologies with broad industrialization prospects in the high-pressure precision forming industry, accelerate the industrialization pace of scientific and technological achievements in China and our province's high-pressure precision forming industry, promote technology diffusion, and maximize the social and economic benefits of common technologies in the high-pressure precision forming industry.
2. Tasks of the Engineering Center
With the goal of building a first-class high-pressure precision forming engineering center in China, the main development tasks of the engineering center are to provide a public technology research and development platform and information consulting services for the development of the high-pressure precision forming industry and related supporting fields; Provide a complete set of engineering technology, process technology, equipment technology, and high-end products for the large-scale production and industrialization of high-pressure precision molding; By leveraging the innovation platform of the Engineering Center, we aim to cultivate and attract a large number of high-level engineering, technical, and management talents in related disciplines; Actively engage in international cooperation and exchanges, openly allocate scientific and technological resources, achieve effective integration of foreign and domestic scientific and technological resources, and further promote the technological improvement of China's high-pressure precision forming industry through cooperation.
3. Form of cooperation and co construction
In order to further enhance the innovation capability of the engineering center, the company will cooperate with well-known domestic universities such as Tsinghua University, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Harbin Institute of Technology, and Southeast University to jointly build the engineering center.
4. Research Direction of Technical Engineering in Engineering Center
(1) In terms of high-pressure precision forming equipment
In terms of die-casting machines, research and development of high-end die-casting machines that are efficient, energy-saving, and integrate intelligent, digital, programmatic, and information-based functions.
Research and develop squeeze casting machines with high efficiency, energy saving, and real-time control functions to achieve serial industrialization.
n   Research and develop a new product, semi-solid forming casting machine, to achieve serialization and industrialization.
(2) In terms of high-pressure precision forming technology
Focus on researching the extrusion casting and semi-solid casting processes of high-end aluminum and magnesium alloy castings such as automotive wheels, sub frames, steering knuckles, engine cylinders, and other automotive structural components, in order to comprehensively improve the production level of key automotive components in China.
(3) In terms of molding molds
Focus on researching high-performance and long-life extrusion casting molds and semi-solid forming molds, comprehensively improving the processability and service life of extrusion casting molds and semi-solid forming molds.
(4) In terms of alloy materials
Focus on researching and developing various new composite materials such as aluminum alloys, magnesium alloys, and titanium alloys.
(5) In terms of information management in casting production
Focus on researching and developing MES casting production information management system, comprehensively improving the information management level of the high-pressure precision forming industry, and laying a good foundation for the realization of "unmanned operation of factory production" for high-pressure precision forming machine clusters.
(6) Automation System Integration Technology
Focus on the research and development of a fully automated casting production line that can realize feeding, soup feeding, spray, picking up, cooling, transferring, stacking, deburring, polishing and other work in the casting production process. Realize the programming, digitization, and informatization of the manufacturing process from raw materials to qualified semi-finished castings, and enable remote monitoring and online detection of product quality, achieving the goal of unmanned production in casting production.
